There are many ways to manifest your desires in the physical world. These manifestation methods have been used for centuries, but it is only recently that they have become more accessible to people of all backgrounds. Manifestation is the law of attraction in action- and it really works!
Here’s how you can use these techniques today: read through the list. Choose the one that speaks to you and give it a try.
Once you have worked through that method, evaluate your results and how you feel about that manifestation technique. If it didn’t feel comfortable, pick a different one. Try out a few. Mix and match. There are no hard and fast rules here.

17 Second Rule
The 17 Second Rule is the idea that if you focus on what you want for 17 seconds, it will be manifested into reality. It’s not too long or too short; it’s just enough time to put your goals in the forefront of your mind.
This is one of the reasons why people who meditate say that 30 minutes of meditation helps them manifest their goals much more quickly than people who only spend five minutes meditating each day. The more you focus on your goals (and implement actionable steps) the faster they will happen.
2 Cup Method (Dimension Jumping)
The 2 Cup Method is a technique that you can use to manifest your desires in the physical world. It’s based on the principle that we all have access to an unlimited source of energy and creativity.
This method is simple: take two cups and fill one of them with water. Now, imagine that the water in one cup is your desire and the other cup is the manifestation of your desire (the future you want). See, feel, and experience what it would be like to have your desire already fulfilled.
Now, here’s the kicker: pour the water from one cup to the other. What you are doing is transferring the energy and creativity from the “imagination” cup over to the “physical” cup.
Drink the water. This is a way of jumpstarting the manifestation process.
When you do this visualization exercise, you are using the power of your imagination to bring your desires into reality. The more vividly you can imagine them, the faster they will manifest.

33×3 Method
The 33×3 Method is a very easy manifestation technique that you can use to bring your desires into the physical world.
This method is simple: take three minutes to focus on your desire, three times per day. See, feel, and experience what it would be like to have your desire already fulfilled.
Now, here’s the kicker: do this visualization exercise for 33 days in a row. What you are doing is building up momentum and energy around your desire. The more consistently you do this visualization exercise, the faster your desire will manifest.
When you do this visualization exercise, you are using the power of your imagination to bring your desires into reality. The more vividly you can imagine them, the faster they will manifest.
369 Manifestation Method
The 369 Method of Manifestation is a very popular manifesting technique with a number of available resources.
Write down your manifestation in sets of 3. You will write it down 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times in the evening.
Repetition keeps your goal in the front of your mind. You can use this technique for as many days as you need. Once your goals and intentions have manifested, you can change your intention or try another manifestation method.

5×55 Manifestation Technique
The manifestation technique 55×5 is great for people who want to alter their subconscious minds with the power of positive affirmations.
The method is super easy and relatively quick.
Choose your goal or intentions. Set it in the present tense with a powerful “I am”. You could also phrase it as a positive question (this is even more powerful than an “I am” statement because our brains like to seek answers).
Now that you have your affirmation, write it out 55 times on a piece of paper or in your diary or manifestation journal. Do this for the next 5 days.
Make sure you really see, feel, and focus on your writing. Don’t just put the words on the paper. Breath them deep as you write them.
77×7 Technique
This manifestation technique is even easier than the 55×5. It is also referred to as the 7x7x7 or the 777 law of attraction method.
How it works: pick your goal or intention (similar to above). Write it down if you want to make sure you don’t lose focus or forget parts of it. Say it to yourself (in your head or out loud) 7 times in the morning and 7 times at night. Do this for 7 days.
That’s it. Super simple yet very effective.
Act As If
The Act As If technique is a very popular manifestation method that many people use. It’s also called, “Fake it until you make it”.
What does this mean?
It means that you should pretend like your goal has already been fulfilled and go about your day as though you no longer need the goal.
For example: If you want to make more money, you can give yourself a raise at work today and sign an agreement for an upcoming project worth $1000 before lunch. Create the document. Sign the papers.
Remember playing “house” or “make-believe” as a kid? This is the same thing. Act it out or create the mentality that you are already that person living that life.
This technique may seem silly, but it really changes the way we think and behave. The more we act as if our goals have already been met, the faster they will manifest.
Focus Wheel
The focus wheel is a great way to get clear about what you want and help to keep your manifestation on track. If you struggle to create specific intentions for a goal or dream, you can use a focus wheel to help you.
It also is a great way to help to keep distractions at bay.
Here’s how it works: take a piece of paper and draw or write a circle in the middle of the page. This is your focus wheel. (If you’re using your computer, you can print out this pdf to make it easier). The center of the wheel is your main goal, intention, or focus.
Now, draw a larger circle around the inside circle. Take up the page. Divide this circle into 12 equal segments. Label each one with a different goal or intention that you want to manifest.
Not sure how to break down your larger goal into more manageable pieces? Take a few deep breaths and clear your mind. Now only think about that intention that you have written on the center of the paper. What emotions or feelings come up when you really think about that goal? Write a statement or affirmation about that feeling or thought on one of the 12 spokes of the wheel. Continue to do this until you have a full wheel.
You now have 12 positive intentions, affirmations and actionable statements that relate to your main desire or goal. Use these with other forms of manifestation and repeat as necessary.

Gratitude Journaling
Gratitude journaling is a simple and effective manifestation strategy. It’s also an excellent way to create feelings of abundance in your life.
Journal-writing is a tried and true manifestation method that is often used in personal development and spiritual growth practices.
It can help to find clarity in your life and bring your attention to the positive things that you have in your life, even when there’s a lot going on.
Gratitude journaling can be done at any time-morning or night-but if you want to do it specifically with the intention for it to manifest, be sure to do it before 9pm so that you’re not writing until after the Universe’s 11:11pm cut-off time.
1. Take out your journal or open a file on your computer (or mobile device) and find a cozy, relaxing spot to work with for the next 10 minutes or so.
2. Close your eyes and take 5 slow, deep breaths in through the nose, hold for 1 minute, and then exhale through the mouth
3. Visualize and feel your dream life, not just in one moment but as a whole experience.
4. Name your desires and briefly describe them. Once you have a list, take each item on it and make a thank-you note to yourself about it as though the thing has already happened.
For example, “Thank you for the new car! Thank you for the perfect job! Thank you for the loving relationship!”
5. Finish by writing at least 3 things that happened today that you’re grateful for.
6. Bonus: As soon as you wake up and before you go to bed, take a minute to think of 3 things you’re grateful for that happened recently.
Limiting Belief Journaling
Limiting belief journaling is a technique that can be used to help identify and change the beliefs that are limiting your ability to manifest your goals.
It involves writing down your beliefs about yourself (a form of belief assessment) and your abilities on a piece of paper, then challenging and changing the beliefs that don’t serve you.
1. Take out a piece of paper and write “My limiting beliefs about (your goal)” at the top.
2. Next, list out all of the beliefs you have about yourself and your ability to achieve your goal.
3. Challenge each belief by asking yourself “Is this belief true?” and “Am I limited by this belief?”
4. If the answer is yes to either question, then rewrite the belief to be more empowering.
5. Continue this process until all of your limiting beliefs have been replaced with empowering ones.
6. When you’re finished, put the paper away in a safe place and refer back to it if needed.
How to Identify your Limiting Beliefs
Here are some examples of common limiting beliefs:
I’m not good enough.
It will never happen because it’s too big or hard.
I don’t have time to put into my dream life right now.
If you look at the limiting belief list, can you think of a few for your goal? When you contemplate what is truly holding you back, it usually comes down to one or two main beliefs.
Once you’ve identified your limiting beliefs, you can begin the process of changing them into empowering ones.
How to Challenge Your Limiting Beliefs
As you go through the list of limiting beliefs, ask yourself two questions:
1. Is this true?
2. Am I limited by this belief?
If you answer yes to either question, then that is a challengeable belief and therefore should be rewritten as an empowering belief.
Manifestation Meditation
Manifestation meditation is a technique that can be used to help focus your thoughts and energy on what you want to manifest in your life.
It involves sitting down in a quiet place, closing your eyes, and visualizing what you want to achieve.
1. Sit down in a quiet place, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths to relax.
2. Visualize what you want to achieve in your life. See it, feel it, and experience it as if it’s already happened.
3. Send out positive energy and thoughts to help manifest your goal.
4. Repeat this process daily until you achieve your goal.
Not sure where to start with your meditations? There are so many different resources for guided meditation. One of my favorites is Insight Timer. You can search for positive affirmations meditations, moon meditations, manifestation meditations, new moon manifestations, and more.

Multi-Perspective Visualization
Multi-perspective visualization is a technique that can be used to visualize your goal from multiple angles and perspectives in order to gain clarity about the next step.
It involves listing all of the factors involved in reaching your goal, then visualizing each aspect until you feel clarity around what needs to happen next for you.
1. Sit down in a quiet place and take a few deep breaths to relax.
2. Write down all of the factors involved in reaching your goal. This could include people, places, things, emotions, and more.
3. Take each factor and visualize it in as much detail as possible. See it, feel it, and experience it as if it’s already happened.
4. When you have a clear vision for each factor, ask yourself what the next step is for you.
5. Take action on the next step and continue this process until you achieve your goal.
Visualization is a powerful tool that can help you manifest your goals and dreams. There are limitless visualization techniques, so if you’re ever stuck on where to start, simply do a quick Google search.
Positive Affirmations
Positive Affirmation is a manifestation method that is based on the power of words.
Affirmations are positive statements that you say to yourself regularly to program your subconscious mind for success. They can be in the form of a statement, a question, or a command.
This method is simple: every day, write down five affirmations that are related to your desired outcome. For example, if you want to manifest a new car, your affirmations could be “I am a magnet for money and prosperity.”
“I am driving a brand new car.”
“My car is running smoothly and perfectly.”
“I love my new car!”
“My car is the perfect size for me.”
The more affirmations you write, the more power and energy you will put behind your desire.
When you do this affirmation exercise, you are using the power of your words to bring your desires into reality. The more positive and empowered you to feel when you say your affirmations, the faster they will manifest.
Powerful Moon Phases
Moon phases can be a powerful tool to utilize when you want something to manifest quickly.
Each phase of the moon brings with it different energies and power levels, and those energies can be used to manifest your desires.
New Moon
A New Moon is the first phase of the moon that occurs after a Full Moon. It takes place when the moon is in between the Earth and the Sun, and it’s a time of new beginnings. This is the perfect time to set your intentions and manifest your desires.
Waxing Moon
The Waxing Moon is the second phase of the moon, and it occurs when the moon is getting bigger and brighter. This is a time of growth and expansion, and it’s the perfect time to work on manifesting your desires.
Full Moon
The Full Moon is the third phase of the moon, and it occurs when the moon is in opposition to the sun. This is a time of culmination and release, and it’s the perfect time to manifest your desires.
Waning Moon
The Waning Moon is the fourth and final phase of the moon, and it occurs when the moon is in between Earth and the Sun. This is a time of letting go and release, so if you’ve been working on manifesting something specific for a while, this can be a good time to let it go.
There is no wrong time to use the power of moon phases to manifest your desires; it’s simply a matter of choosing the phase that corresponds with what you want to achieve.

Prayer
Prayer is a form of meditation and is a powerful practice that can be used to manifest your desires.
Prayer is a way to communicate with the divine, and it can be used to ask for guidance and support in reaching your goals.
When you pray for something, you are putting your trust in the universe and asking for help in achieving your desire.
The great thing about prayer is that you can do it anytime, anywhere. You don’t need to be in a specific place or follow any specific rules.
Simply close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and focus on your desired outcome. Ask for guidance and support, and be open to receiving whatever the universe has in store for you.
Scripting Manifestation
Scripting is one of the simplest manifestation methods, and it’s based on the power of writing. This technique can be used to manifest anything you desire; all you need is paper and a pen.
Basically, scripting works like this: every day, write down your desires as if they’ve already happened.
For example, let’s say you want a new job.
It’s important to write down exactly what your new job entails, so include the company you work for, the exact position that you hold, your salary, etc. Basically, take as much time as necessary to write out every detail of this desire so it becomes very clear in your mind what you are working towards.
When you do this, you are putting your desire out there into the universe and telling the universe that this is what you want. You are also affirming to yourself that you can have this desire, which will help to increase your belief that it will come to fruition.
The more specific your desires are, the more likely they are to manifest.
The Pillow Method
This manifestation technique is based on the idea that your dreams are messages from the universe.
The Pillow Method is a way to interpret those dreams and use them to manifest your desires.
Before going to bed, focus on your desired outcome and say it out loud three times. Then, imagine yourself having already achieved that outcome.
WOOP Method
The WOOP Method (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan) is a great way to manifest your desires.
This technique is based on the idea that you need to have a clear picture of what you want, why you want it, and how you plan to achieve it.
Start by writing down your desired outcome, and then think about the Obstacle that’s preventing you from achieving it. Next, come up with a Plan of Action to overcome that obstacle. Finally, take some time to visualise yourself achieving your desired outcome.
The more clarity you have around your desires, the easier it will be to manifest them.
Vision Board
A vision board is a physical manifestation of your goals and dreams that you can look at when you need motivation or affirmation. It’s easy to create but be sure to take it one step at a time:
1. Find some magazines, scissors, and glue (or double-stick tape).
2. Go through your magazines and cut out any images, words, or phrases that resonate with your goal or desire.
3. Glue, tape, or stick the images and words onto a poster board or corkboard.
4. Hang your vision board in a place where you will see it often.
5. Look at your vision board regularly and feel the emotions that the images evoke.
6. As you progress on your goal, replace the old images with new ones.
Vision boards can also be made digitally and then printed out or kept on a device where you will see it regularly. Mine is my background image on my laptop.

Visualization
Visualization is a powerful manifestation technique. When done correctly, it can help to speed up the process of goal attainment and bring your dreams into reality.
There are many different ways to visualize, but here’s a basic guide to get you started:
1. Get comfortable and close your eyes.
2. Imagine a clear image of what you want in your mind’s eye. See it, feel it, and sense it as though it’s already real.
3. Hold the image for as long as you can and then release it.
4. Repeat this process several times a day.
Best Manifestation Methods
There are many different manifestation methods to choose from, and the best one for you will depend on your specific goals and desires.
However, some of the most effective techniques include scripting, the pillow method, the WOOP method, vision boarding, and visualization.
It’s important to find a technique that you feel comfortable with and that you will stick with. The more you practice, the easier it will be to manifest your desires.
Worst Manifestation Techniques
There are also some manifestation techniques that are not as effective as others. These include affirmations without belief, using the law of attraction to manifest desires you don’t really want, and using fear to manifest goals.
It’s important to be aware of these techniques so you can avoid them and increase your chances of success.

How many manifestation techniques are there?
There are many different effective manifestation techniques to choose from. You will find manifestation methods that involve visualization, journaling, and even meditation. The best one for you will depend on your specific goals and desires. Some of the most effective techniques include scripting, the pillow method, the WOOP method, vision boarding, and visualization. What is the power of manifestation?
The power of manifestation is the ability to manifest thoughts into things. It is a process that works best when you get very clear about what it is that you want, and why you want it. Then, put your energy into feeling like what you’re trying to manifest has already come to fruition. For example, if you’re attempting to lose weight, think about how you would feel if you were already at your desired weight. The more emotion and energy you put into it, the faster the manifestation process will work. There are many different powerful manifestation techniques to choose from, so find one that resonates with you and stick with it.
Does thought manifestation actually work?
Yes! There are many instances where thought manifestation has been used to manifest a particular outcome. You have the power to change your subconscious beliefs by using manifestation affirmations, positive thoughts, and visualizing your goals as your current situation.
One example of this is the manifestation of visual art, such as drawing, painting, and coloring. In these cases, an individual will focus on their passion or what they want to manifest in order to create a piece of work that they are happy with.
The same principle can be applied to other areas of life, such as relationships, career goals, and financial goals. The key is to get clear about what it is you want and put your energy into feeling like it’s already been achieved. This will help to speed up the manifestation process.
